In this hands-on class participants will learn the fundamentals and science of baking. The emphasis will be on technique, preparation, and of course having FUN! Students will explore how different ingredients interact with each other and how different techniques can affect the final product. All desserts will be made from scratch using high quality and wholesome ingredients.
